We are hiring for RCM Trainer at Chennai location.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees Stay updated with the best training methods and modules
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum for general billing & process specific.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations, video module
- Should train freshers on end-to-end RCM in a batch-wise manner Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees Review training needs monthly Schedule and perform pre- and-post-training assessments and monitor progress

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent knowledge of US healthcare and the RCM processes
- Must have experience in training multiple and large batches.
- Should have a explicit understanding of the Trainer role and must have Proven Coaching abilities.
- Experience in creating and developing training content such as modules and process SOPs





DESIRED PROFILE

- Minimum 5 - 7 years of US Healthcare experience ( End to End processes such as eligibility, billing, payment posting & AR )
- Minimum 2 years of on paper healthcare (RCM process training) experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in Soft Skills and training methodologies.
- Knowledge of US culture.
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
- Must be working as a Process Trainer.
- Good with MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
