Job Title: Event Production Manager

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Event Production Manager to oversee the technical execution, spatial setup, and on-site logistics for our upcoming events. You will bridge creative design and live execution, managing vendors, technical crews, and site operations to deliver seamless event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical & On-Site Execution: Oversee stage build-up, AV, lighting, sound, fabrication, and structural setups according to event floor plans.
- Vendor & Crew Management: Coordinate with fabrication teams, sound/light technicians, venue managers, and transport logistics partners.
- Production Planning & Schedules: Create and manage production timelines, load-in/load-out schedules, and technical run sheets.
- Budget & Cost Control: Negotiate vendor rates, monitor production costs, and ensure project execution within assigned budgets.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all structures, electrical setups,



and staging meet venue safety guidelines and local compliance standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3 - 6 years of hands-on production management experience in an event agency or production house.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of staging, AV equipment, trussing, lighting rigs, print material specs, and spatial layouts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent crisis management, quick decision-making, and strong vendor negotiation skills.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, late nights, and on-site shifts during event setups.
