- Develop, enhance, and support SAP CRM applications using ABAP technologies.
- Work on CRM Web UI enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, and enhancement frameworks.
- Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain middleware integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Create technical specifications based on functional requirements.
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
- Develop data migration programs and interface solutions.
- Support CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants during implementation and support projects.
- Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
