Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage bancassurance sales performance for life insurance.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through partnerships with banks.

- Identify current business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field (BFSI Sales).

- Strong understanding of insurance products and services offered by various companies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
