Key Responsibilities

- Project management: Manage all operational aspects to meet the defined process and quality.
- Project management: Support new partners to plan and launch an ECHO program.
- Project management: Ensure fidelity to ECHO model is being met for all assigned partners.
- Project management: Plan and coordinate for training sessions as per process and / or partner need.
- Project management: Coordinate with IT team for supporting partner on hub set-up.
- Data management: Coordinate with the tech team for partner onboarding on iECHO.
- Data management: Ensuring program data is being collected, updated and monitored on a regular basis.
- Data management: Update project management tools or any other software being used for partner management.
- Partner relationship: Build and manage relationship with existing and recent partners.
- Partner relationship: Proactively identify and escalate partner issues to reporting head.
- Partner relationship: Visit partner site, if needed.
- Key Performance Indications: (Measurable Aspects):



Meeting timelines (as defined in the process) for all program communication and activities.

Job Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: MPH/ Public Health Diploma
- Experience: 0 - 3 years
- Language: English, Hindi, Tamil
- Location: Chennai
