Job Description

A reputed construction company in Maldives is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and material quantity calculations.
- Monitor project costs and assist with budget control.
- Review contractor/subcontractor measurements and payment claims.
- Assist with variation orders and cost-related documentation.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure accurate quantity measurements.
- Maintain proper quantity surveying and project documentation.

Requirements





- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Quantity Surveying in the construction industry.
- Experience with a reputed construction company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ, estimation, and cost control.
- Immediate joining required.
