Role: Customer Support Executive (Banking Process)

Employment Type: Full time

Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (UG & PG)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to banking services through voice support.

- Provide accurate resolutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Language Requirements

Candidates should possess good communication skills in English and any one of the following language combinations:

- Tamil
- Telugu
- Hindi
- Marathi + Hindi
- Bengali + Hindi
- Kannada
- Odia + Hindi
- Assamese + Hindi

Shift & Benefits

- 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off
- One-Way Cab Facility for Night Shifts
