- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formula and HCM Extracts.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and technical integrations.
- Experience in developing and supporting HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, reports, and interfaces.
- Valuable understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data models and technical architecture.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, and other integration tools is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, and provide production support.
