- Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize IT operations through automation.
- Develop custom scripts and integrations to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for ITIL processes, GRC compliance, HRSD management.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid expertise in CMDB, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, HRSd modules within ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in developing custom scripts using Servicenow developer tools.
