Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused senior process
associate to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal
candidate will have prior experience handling US customers, possess
excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong sales and
customer service abilities. This role requires working in the US Night
Shift

Preferred candidate profile

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients
professionally and efficiently. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions. Promote company products and services while identifying sales opportunities. Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience. Achieve individual and team performance targets. Understand business objectives and contribute towards process goals. Robust aptitude and customer handling skills. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Experience handling international customers is mandatory. Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
