Position Overview
Prochant is looking for an experienced Assistant Team Lead with robust team-management and operational expertise within the US Healthcare RCM domain.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1+ year as an Assistant Team Lead or 2+ years as an SME with proven team-handling experience.
- Hands-on experience managing AR Voice teams and/or End-to-End RCM teams.
- Strong people-management, communication, and performance-management skills.
- Experience in US Healthcare / RCM is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day team operations.
- Drive productivity, quality, and process adherence.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
