Dynamics 365 Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, migration, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, solution architects, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (CE, CRM, F&O;, Business Central, or related modules).

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Developers, and QA teams.

Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.

Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.

Manage vendor and third-party relationships when applicable.

Drive user adoption, training, and change management activities.

Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and overall project health.

Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation and proposal reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

7+ years of IT project management experience.

3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules such as:

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Dynamics 365 Business Central

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar.

Ability to manage multiple projects and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

Experience with Azure cloud services and Power Platform.

Experience in global or enterprise-scale implementations.
