- 10+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience
- Experience delivering multiple production-grade cloud data platform implementations
- Advanced Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark with some exposure to Databricks.
- Solid knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, CDC, streaming, governance, and performance optimization
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment strategies
- Experience contributing to solution design and architectural decisions
- Experience leading technical implementation activities and/or mentoring engineers
- At least one Associate-level or higher AWS, Azure, or GCP certification
Nice-to-Haves
- Delta Lake / Lakehouse experience
- Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, or BigQuery experience
- Docker / Kubernetes exposure
- Working knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code Role & responsibilities
