Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions using Temenos systems.
- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, procedures, and solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with system implementation.

Job Requirements

- Robust understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Experience working with Temenos systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as Agile methodologies and version control systems.
