Key Responsibilities
* Assist in day-to-day production activities including cleaning, blending, sieving, and packing of spices
* Handle raw materials and finished goods as per defined processes
* Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI/GMP standards
* Follow personal hygiene practices (uniform, gloves, hairnet, etc.) to ensure product safety
* Support machine operators and supervisors in smooth production flow
* Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of materials within the facility
* Minimize wastage and maintain work area discipline
* Follow production targets, SOPs, and safety guidelines
* Report any quality issues, contamination risks, or unsafe practices immediately

Eligibility & Requirements
* Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
* 0–2 years of experience in food production/manufacturing preferred
* Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
* Physically fit for shop-floor work
* Willingness to work in shifts
* Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
