What you will be mostly required to do

Real time creation of sales invoices in "Busy" software

Recording of purchase invoices

Updating bank statement on daily basis and allocating receipts and payments to respective invoices

Sending weekly reminders to customers for payment collections mostly via 'What's App" and sometimes over the phone

Regular reconciliation of ledger balances with customers

Any additional computer related data task

Our preference

Commerce background

Knows how to work on Busy(Via experience or via some course)

Valuable typing speed and proficient with computer is must
