We are currently hiring female candidates for our Customer Sales (CS) team in the South region.
? Job Role
As a Customer Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to find new customers, convince them to use our logistics services, onboard them, and ensure they place their first load/order with our company.
? Key Responsibilities
Find and approach new customers.
Explain our logistics services clearly to potential customers.
Use strong communication and convincing skills to convert leads.
Successfully onboard new customers.
Ensure the customer places their first load/order after onboarding.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Follow up regularly with customers and support them throughout the onboarding process.
?️ Language Requirements
Hindi is mandatory. Candidates should also know English and/or one of the following regional languages:
Telugu + Hindi + English
Tamil + Hindi + English
Kannada + Hindi + English
Malayalam + Hindi + English
Marathi + Hindi + English
Gujarati + Hindi + English
? Salary / Incentive Structure
First customer onboarded: ₹10,000
Every additional customer: ₹3,000 per customer
