Role Overview We are looking for a driven HR Recruiter to own hiring from the first search to the final joining. This is a complete individual-contributor role: you will source, evaluate and close positions yourself, and stay connected with every candidate until they join. It suits someone with 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience who wants to build a long-term career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Who We Are Looking For - 2–3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or consultancy) - Proven track record of closing positions, not just sourcing profiles - Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR is a plus - Experience in BFSI, sales or volume hiring is an added advantage - Hands-on with job portals, Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing - Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi .
