We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, supervise site workers, and ensure work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and other team members.
Ensure construction work follows drawings and project specifications.
Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
Monitor the use of construction materials and report shortages.
Maintain daily site reports and progress records.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
Visit construction sites and resolve routine site-related issues.
Coordinate material requirements and site operations as needed.
Requirements
Gender: Male
Education: Diploma
English: Basic English
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Skills: Civil Site Supervision, Site Engineering, Site Construction
Asset Required: Two-wheeler vehicle
Preferred Industries: Construction Equipment, Ceramic Manufacturing
Job Details
Shift: Day Shift, Full Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
