Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, carousels, digital ads, banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and other marketing creatives.
- Design branding materials, event creatives, POSM, and print advertisements.
- Maintain brand consistency in colours, fonts, layouts, and overall design quality.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, resolution, bleed, and colour formats.
- Develop fresh, creative, and unique design concepts instead of relying only on templates.
- Create basic 3D objects, mockups, and product renders whenever required.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, social media, and management teams.
- Complete assigned designs and revisions within deadlines.
- Maintain properly organised design files, source files,



and project folders.
- Stay updated with current design trends, AI tools, and creative techniques.

Required Skills

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Canva
- Basic Blender / 3D Design Knowledge
- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and branding.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
