1. AutoCAD DraftsmanExperience: 0–2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of municipal sanction drawings.
- Drafting architectural plans, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD.
- Preparation of building plans as per applicable development control regulations.
- Preparation of working drawings and detailed drawings.
- Making modifications and revisions to drawings as required.
2. Junior Civil EngineerExperience: 0–2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of municipal drawings and building permission drawings.
- Working on residential building planning and architectural drawings.
- Understanding building regulations and applicable UDCPR provisions.
- Assisting in the preparation of working drawings and submission drawings.
- Coordinating with the architectural team for drawing preparation and revisions.
- Required SkillsDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering for the Civil Engineer position.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of building plans and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of municipal drawings and building regulations will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good AutoCAD skills are welcome to apply.
