Job Role - Admission Counselor
We are looking for an energetic and polite Admission Counselor to handle walk-in students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp leads for Music, Dance & Art courses.
2. Counsel students & parents about courses, batches, fees, and career benefits.
3. Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
4. Maintain daily enquiry & admission data sheet.
5.
Coordinate with faculty for demo classes and batch scheduling.
6. Assist in examination form filling and center activities.
7. Achieve monthly admission targets.
Skills Required:
- Good Communication in Hindi & Basic English
- Friendly, Presentable & Confident Personality
- Basic Computer Knowledge - MS Excel, WhatsApp, Calling
- Convincing & Counseling Skills
- Prior experience in Education / Sales / Telecalling will be a plus
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
