1. Store Operations Management

Oversee daily showroom operations (opening to closing)

Maintain premium showroom presentation and visual merchandising

Ensure smooth billing, customer flow, and service experience

Implement SOPs and maintain operational discipline

2. Sales & Revenue Management

Achieve store sales targets

Monitor daily sales, footfall, and conversion ratio

Drive sales during peak seasons (weddings, festivals like Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali)

Focus on high-margin product sales (diamond, bridal jewellery)

3. Team Leadership & Staff Management

Manage and lead sales executives and support staff

Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews

Train team on product knowledge and customer handling

Ensure staff grooming and professionalism (significant in jewellery retail)

4. Inventory & Stock Control

Manage high-value inventory (gold, diamond, silver, imitation)

Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification

Ensure fast-moving designs are always available

Control stock shrinkage, damage, and wastage

5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)





Handle VIP and high-value customers personally

Build long-term relationships for repeat business (wedding families, local clients)
