2. Positive Customer relationship to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

3. Maintain correct sales and collection records.

4. Stock management.

Ordering of stocks as per norms. Attend and resolve customer service requirements.

5. Delivery clearances to be made daily and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

6. Record keeping - sales/ outstandings/ customer complaints if any/ payment receipts.
