7. On-the-Job Training: Conduct field visits, branch visits, and practical demonstrations to evaluate employees’ sales performance.
8. Training Assessment: Conduct product knowledge tests, role-plays, assessments, and feedback sessions to measure learning outcomes.
9. Performance Monitoring: Identify skill gaps and provide refresher training to underperforming employees.
10. MIS & Reporting: Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, training completion records, and daily or monthly training reports.
11. Coordination: Coordinate with sales managers, team leaders, and branch staff to identify training requirements.
12. Compliance & Quality: Ensure employees follow ethical sales practices and do not mislead customers while selling credit cards.
