- Job ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update lead-tracking sheets.
- Handle incoming enquiries and resolve students’ queries professionally.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and WhatsApp.
- Confidence in speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or education will be an advantage.
- Ability to work towards targets and follow up consistently.
