About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to bring our products into local shops. You will visit kirana and grocery stores in your area, get them to stock our products, and help them sell more over time. This is a field job with daily local travel.
What You Will Do
- Visit kirana, grocery and general stores in your assigned area every day
- Explain our products to shop owners and convince them to stock them
- Onboard new retailers and take their first orders
- Visit stores regularly to check stock and take refill orders on time
- Make sure our products are well displayed in the shop
- Build good, long-term relationships with shop owners
- Help increase sales in each store month after month
- Follow up on payments as per company terms
- Share market feedback, such as competitor prices and what customers are asking for
- Keep a straightforward daily record of visits, orders and new stores added
