- Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.

- Cash & Billing ManagementOversee billing operations and cash handling procedures.
- Verify daily cash collections and store transactions.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Reporting & AdministrationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze store performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing business strategies and promotional activities.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team leader role.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Retail, Organic Stores, Supermarkets, or Up-to-date Trade preferred.
