Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily interior and civil construction site activities.
- Manage labour, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work quality as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor false ceiling, flooring, tiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Manage material requirements and site measurements.
- Submit daily site progress reports with photos and videos.
- Ensure timely completion of work and maintain site discipline.
Requirements:
- Experience in interior and construction site execution.
- Ability to read and understand working drawings.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites.
