Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to customers and explain products or services.
- Handle customer queries and provide the required information.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Generate leads and support sales through telecalling.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Achieve calling and sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Ability to convince customers and handle queries.
- Basic knowledge of phone handling and follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Confident, customer-friendly, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
