Continental Chef (Neapolitan Pizza) – Thamel Restaurant, Arjun Marg, DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon Immediate Joining Job Description: - Make Neapolitan pizza: prepare dough, manage fermentation, hand-stretch bases and bake in the pizza oven - Maintain consistent dough quality, toppings, bake and presentation on every pizza - Prepare mise en place daily and keep the section ready before service - Cook pastas, sauces, salads and other continental dishes as per recipe - Follow kitchen SOPs for preparation, storage, hygiene and safety - Track and record food wastage and help keep it low - Contribute to current recipe creation and menu specials - Follow FIFO, labelling and FSSAI hygiene standards - Keep the section, oven and equipment clean Requirements: - 1–3 years of continental experience, with hands-on Neapolitan pizza experience (dough making, stretching, oven handling) - Knowledge of mother sauces and pasta - Fast, disciplined, ready for shifts, weekends and holidays
