Chef Bakers is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our bakery and café outlets.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist with product selection.
- Handle counter sales, billing, and customer queries.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and product display standards.
- Support stock replenishment and daily store operations.
- Work collaboratively with the outlet team.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, where applicable.
- Prior bakery, café, QSR, or retail experience is an advantage.

Salary ₹18K–₹24K CTC per month, depending on experience.
