- Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire customers for Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
- Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing and disbursement.
