- Retail sales experience – strongly preferred / almost mandatory
- Face-to-face / in-person sales – mandatory
- Robust ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
- Good consultative selling, pitching and closing skills
- Comfortable interacting with premium / high-value customers
- Energetic, customer-oriented, and target-driven
- Important: Candidates with only inside sales / tele-sales experience will NOT be considered.
Note : We are looking for a profile in the 18- 35 age group also; having experience in retail sales is a plus
