We are hiring for a **Customer Relationship Associate (CRA)** at **India Circus, Gulshan, Sector 129, Noida**.

**Job Details:**

- **Salary:** ₹20,000–₹21,000 per month

- **Experience:** 1–3 years

- **Location:** Gulshan, Sector 129, Noida

- **Payroll:** Innovsource

- **Deployment:** India Circus

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers in selecting suitable products.

- Explain product features and suggest products based on customer needs.

- Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.

- Support store sales and customer satisfaction.

- Help customers with home décor, crockery, dining ware, wall art, furnishings, lifestyle accessories, and gifting products.

**Preferred Experience:**

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, especially in home décor, crockery, lifestyle, gifting, premium retail, or similar product-based stores.

**Important:** This is an **off-role prospect**. Your payroll and salary will be managed by Innovsource, and you will be deployed at India Circus.
