• Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and

recovery follow-ups.

• Explain outstanding dues and repayment options politely and

clearly.

• Follow up on promised payments and update call/customer records

accurately.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection/calling targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and follow company policies.

• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the team for resolution of

cases.

DRA Certification: Mandatory / Preferred as per client process.
