Qualification: ITI/ Diploma / Experienced Non-technical professional with field expertise

Job Purpose

To oversee on-ground labor, layout and ensure quality and timely completion of construction work

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all civil site works

• Direct and control the workforce allocated for specific activities.

• Ensure materials and equipment are available to meet work targets.

• Read drawings and provide guidance for correct execution at site.

• Report daily progress and labor attendance to the Site Engineer or Execution Engineer.

• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness at site work fronts.

• Coordinate with the storekeeper for material requisition and delivery.

• Conduct tool-box meetings and ensure safety measures before starting daily work.
