We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Production Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fabrication and manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling daily production activities to ensure timely delivery, product quality, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to safety standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities based on customer requirements and delivery timelines.
- Manage fabrication processes, including cutting, welding, bending, grinding, drilling, and assembly.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and work instructions.
- Allocate manpower, machines, tools, and materials to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Coordinate with the design, purchase, quality, stores, and dispatch departments.
- Ensure product quality as per customer specifications and engineering standards.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor material consumption, reduce wastage, and improve productivity.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of fabrication equipment.
- Maintain production reports, job cards, material records, and daily output reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and 5S practices.




- Lead and supervise production workers, welders, fitters, and other shop-floor personnel.
- Required SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in fabrication and production operations.
- Good knowledge of fabrication processes, welding methods, and material handling.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of production planning, manpower allocation, and workflow management.
- Experience in quality control, rejection reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet strict delivery schedules.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
- On-time completion and delivery of fabrication jobs.
- Reduction in material wastage, rework, and rejection.
- Improvement in manpower and machine productivity.
- Compliance with quality and safety standards.

Preferred CandidateA proactive and hands-on qualified with practical fabrication shop-floor experience, capable of managing production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality output within the committed delivery schedule.
