We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage documentation, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up on client enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and order trackers.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations for timely delivery.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- RequirementsQualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
- Experience in interior products, building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, or windows will be an advantage.
