Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Officer to manage, maintain, and analyze business data and prepare accurate and timely reports. The role involves data collection, report generation, dashboard preparation, data validation, and providing actionable insights to management for better decision-making.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, consolidate, and maintain data from various departments and sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before publishing reports.
- Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, gaps, and performance issues.
- Maintain databases, records, and reporting formats.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.
- Coordinate with different departments to obtain and verify required data.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of business data.
- Identify discrepancies in reports and resolve data-related issues promptly.




- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, charts, and data validation.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard creation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database concepts is desirable.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, BBA, BCA, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy of MIS reports.
- Timeliness of report submission.
- Data quality and completeness.
- Reporting automation and process improvement.
- Turnaround time for ad-hoc reports.
- Accuracy of dashboards and KPI tracking.

Preferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working with data, detail-oriented, and capable of converting raw data into clear and useful management reports. The candidate should be able to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple teams.
