Are you a creative chef with a passion for great food and beautiful presentation?

Daily Drip Café is looking for a talented, energetic and experienced Chef to independently manage our kitchen and help us take our café to the next level.

We are looking for someone who can do more than just cook – someone who can bring fresh ideas, develop exciting dishes and create an outstanding café dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare delicious continental, Western, Indian fusion and modern café dishes.
- Develop creative new menu items and signature dishes.
- Create attractive, Instagram-worthy food presentations.
- Train, supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain consistent food quality, hygiene and kitchen standards.
- Manage inventory, food costing, portion control and wastage.
- Assist with menu pricing and profitability.
- Introduce innovative food concepts and seasonal specials.





Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant cooking experience.
- Strong knowledge of continental and modern café cuisine.
- Experience in menu development and creative plating.
- Ability to independently manage a small kitchen team.
- Valuable leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate, hardworking and willing to grow with the business.
