Etor Ventures are Looking for Site Supervisors for Ichapuram and Berhampur
Job Responsibilities are as follows
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Manage labour, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor construction quality and project progress.
- Maintain daily reports, attendance records, and material usage records.
- Coordinate with the site engineer and project manager.
- Identify and report delays, defects, and safety hazards.
- Ensure the timely completion of assigned construction activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering is preferred for construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and engineering drawings.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and site reporting software, are an advantage.
