- Identify suitable locations for setting up MedPlus LAB Collection Centers.
- Identify and approach shop/property owners for potential locations.
- Negotiate rental terms and finalize suitable shops as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners and internal teams for documentation and closure.
- Conduct site visits and assess locations based on business requirements.
- Maintain details of potential properties and follow up until finalization.
- Support the team in timely execution of new collection center openings.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust networking and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of local areas and commercial properties will be preferred.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for site visits.
