Key Responsibilities

- Make 40-70 outbound calls a day to leads from inbound sign-ups, databases, and campaigns.
- Explain Zockets value clearly and adapt the pitch to each business.
- Qualify leads by need, budget, and decision-maker, and book demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects by phone, WhatsApp, and emails for appointments.
- Keep call notes, lead status, and follow-ups updated in the CRM.
- Meet or beat weekly and monthly targets for calls and demos booked.
- Pass customer feedback and common objections to reporting manager.

What Were Looking For

- 2 to 5 years in outbound calling for a technical product - marketing function.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi; any regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.) is a bonus.
- Confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and persistent in follow-ups.




- Robust listening skills.
- Driven by targets.
- Basic comfort with CRMs, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
- Interest in outbound sales is a plus.
