Job Summary

Position: ECM Support Engineer. Location: Chennai - Remote. Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time).

Required Qualifications Technical Skills

- Primary Expertise: Hands-on experience supporting and administering IBM Content Manager and IBM Case Manager, KwikWork.
- Middleware/Platform: Proficiency with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) configuration and troubleshooting.
- Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases (IBM DB2, Oracle, or MS SQL Server) in the context of ECM schema and query execution.
- OS Environment: Experience working in Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
- Tools Utilities: Familiarity with IBM FileNet P8 tools (Content Platform Engine, Workplace XT, or Navigator) is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving:



Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex document management and workflow issues.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or Content Navigator (ICN).
- Prior experience handling enterprise-level migrations or platform upgrades.
- Solid L2/L3 application and production support experience.
