Role & responsibilities
- Manage and maintain assigned seller and customer accounts.
- Handle queries, resolve escalations, and build robust business relationships.
- Track account performance, analyze sales trends, and maintain reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and support.
- Achieve assigned targets and maintain high client satisfaction
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent English communication .
Minimum 1year experience is required
Voice Experience Mandate
Ready to work with 6days working
