- Stock Optimization: Monitor stock levels to maintain ideal minimum, maximum, and buffer stock points to balance cash flow and operational needs.
- Stock Rotation: Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) frameworks to reduce material waste, obsolescence, or expiration.
- Audits & Reconciliations: Conduct routine physical stock counts, cycle checks, and annual inventory audits to resolve variances between system records and physical items.
