Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PLM Windchill Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in PTC Windchill PLM implementations, customization, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Product Lifecycle Management processes, CAD integration, workflows, change management, and data migration activities.

Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and support PTC Windchill PLM solutions.
- Work on Windchill modules such as Parts, Documents, Change Management, and Workflows.
- Develop and maintain Windchill customizations using Java, JSP, and APIs.
- Perform data migration, BOM management, and product structure management.
- Integrate Windchill with CAD tools such as Creo and other enterprise applications.
- Configure lifecycles, workflows, access controls, and organizational structures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windchill application issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide PLM solutions.
- Support system upgrades, deployments, and performance optimization.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user training.





Technical Requirements
- Strong experience in Windchill PLM.
- Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Experience with Windchill customization and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Windchill Workflows and Change Management.
- Knowledge of Windchill PDMLink and Parts Management.
- Experience in Java, JSP, XML, and Windchill APIs.
- Understanding of CAD integrations, preferably Creo.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and data migration processes.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Responsibilities
- Experience in Windchill upgrades and migration projects.
- Understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Windchill certification is an added advantage

Educational Requirement
- MTech, Bachelor of Engineering, BTech
