Roles ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

- Own the I2P process for an assigned entity/geography end-to-end - invoice receipt through payment release, query management, and period close - ensuring SLA and control adherence.

- Drive governance of the invoice-to-pay control environment: three-way matching, GR/IR ageing, LOA compliance, vendor reconciliation cadence, and audit readiness.

- Lead payment proposal review/approval and manage the interface for payment execution, including statutory and click-to-pay/H2H payments.

- Manage a team of Team Leads/Assistant Managers - performance management, capacity planning, hiring inputs, and capability building.

- Conduct periodic business reviews with internal/client stakeholders on delivery performance, ageing, and exceptions,



driving resolution of systemic issues.

- Lead month-end and year-end close activities for the process, including accruals, provisioning, and vendor account clearing, and coordinate statutory/indirect tax support.

- Drive process improvement, standardisation, and automation (OCR, RPA, workflow) initiatives across the sub-process.

- Support transitions/knowledge transfer and process stabilisation for current scope or geographies.
