Cafe Partner is an in-store operations role responsible for food preparation, order packing, kitchen cleanliness, and customer service inside quick-commerce dark stores or cloud-kitchen hubs.
Job Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Heat, assemble, or prepare food and beverage items according to company standards.
- Packing & Dispatch: Accurately pack food and beverage orders for quick delivery dispatch or counter pickup.
- Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain strict kitchen cleanliness, equipment sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Inventory & Restocking: Track daily stock levels, assist with ingredient or packaging restock, and manage basic store orders.
- Customer Service: Greet guests, handle billing/payment accuracy, and support counter or table setups where applicable.
